ST. ANTHONY’S IN UPTON : 
Bishop Steven has called a meeting at St. Anthony's in Upton at 3:00 PM Sunday, June 2nd.  **PURPOSE: To hear from parishioners any concerns regarding the plan to reorganize the Catholic faith communities in Crook and Weston counties so that the clergy might minister more effectively.  Changing the status of St. Anthony’s Church, Upton from a “parish” to a “mission,” and merging it to the parish of Corpus Christi, Newcastle.  Discussing structural changes for the Pastoral and Finance Councils of Newcastle, Sundance and Upton.  Considering an adjusted Mass schedule for the faith communities in Upton, Sundance and Newcastle.    ** WHO:  All parishioners from Upton are encouraged to attend.  Pastoral and Finance Council members from Newcastle, Sundance and Upton are asked to attend.
 
* ST. MATTHEW’S IN HULETT: 
Bishop Steven has called a meeting at St. Matthew's in Hulett at 5:30 PM Sunday, June 2nd.  PURPOSE:  To hear from parishioners their concerns regarding the plan to merge the mission of St. Matthew, Hulett to the parish of St. Matthew, Gillette so that the Catholic Church of Hulett would be served by the clergy assigned to Gillette.  With this plan St. Matthew, Hulett would continue to have a weekend Mass, but the time and day might need to be changed.   WHO:  All parishioners from Hulett are encouraged to attend. Fr. Cliff Jacobson, the pastor of Gillette, will also attend the meeting.
